The ministry of the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament is supported by the prayers and financial assistance of many generous women and men throughout the country.

Would you like to participate in our mission? There are several ways in which you can support us. The first and most important method of support is through your daily prayer. Please pray for our religious currently in ministry and in formation, and for an increase in vocations to priesthood and religious life, especially in our Congregation. Additionally, prayers are asked for our infirm religious who have dedicated many years of service in the Church.

Mass or Prayer Requests

You are welcome to request special prayers for yourself or a loved one through our Saint Ann’s Shrine.

You can also request a Mass to be celebrated by a Blessed Sacrament priest for a living or deceased loved one.

Wills and Bequests

Wills and bequests, as well as other forms of planned giving are welcome, as are special offerings for the education of our seminarians and religious seeking advanced studies to be of better service to the Church. For more information on planned giving opportunities, please contact us.

How to Include the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament in Your Will

The most common and simplest form of planned giving is a gift through a will, also known as a bequest. As your attorney will advise, a donor can arrange a gift of a specific amount, a percentage, or even all or part of the residue of your estate. Here are suggestions for the wording of a bequest to the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament:

For a bequest of a specific sum:

its general purposes.

For a bequest of a percentage of the estate:

I give, devise and bequeath to the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament – Cleveland, Ohio, currently located at 5384 Wilson Mills Road, Highland Heights, OH 44143, _____% of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate for its general purposes.

For a contingent bequest:

If any of the above-named beneficiaries should predecease me, I hereby bequeath his/her share to the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament – Cleveland, Ohio, currently located at 5384 Wilson Mills Road, Highland Heights, OH 44143, to be used for its general purposes.

Gifts through bequests are used by the Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament where need is greatest in a given year. Donors are welcome to specify a bequest for a particular program or purpose as well.
